Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of akbaydigital.com, which is operated by Akbay Digital LLC. By using the site, you agree to them.

Services are covered by a separate agreement

This website describes what I offer. Any work I do for you is governed by a written proposal and agreement that we both sign, which sets the scope, fees and terms of that work. If anything on this site conflicts with your agreement, the agreement wins.

Payments and billing

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Card and bank details go straight to Stripe; Akbay Digital LLC never sees or stores your full card or account numbers.
• The one-time setup fee is paid before work starts. Because it covers the work of building your setup, it is non-refundable once that work has begun.
• Monthly plans are billed monthly, starting when you go live. Your written agreement sets the plan, any term, and how to change or cancel it.
• Introductory or discounted pricing applies only as stated in your proposal and invoices, for the period stated there.
• Work outside your plan, such as larger change requests, is quoted and approved before it starts.
